PRIVACY POLICY
1. On 25 May 2018 the Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive, ‘GDPR’) entered into force.

3.The data are processed by the Administrator on the basis of Article 6 section 1 letter b GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a contract) as well as – in clearly identified cases – on the basis of a legally justified interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).
4. The Administrator will process the data until the expiry of the claims’ limitation period related to the performance of contractual obligations, the lapse of time limits for accounting and taking into account the requirements set out in the provisions regarding archiving requirements

The recipients of personal data are all entities to whom the transfer of this data is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations, including in particular accounting, secretarial services, IT services, legal services, post and courier services and all other employees, associates of the Administrator and persons cooperating with the Administrator
6. Due to the fact that the level of protection of personal data outside the European Economic Area differs from that provided by the provisions of the GDPR, we provide personal data outside the EEA only when it is necessary and with an adequate level of protection, primarily through:
– cooperation with entities processing personal data in countries for which an appropriate decision of the European Commission has been issued;
– use of standard contractual clauses issued by the European Commission;
– application of binding corporate rules, approved by the competent supervisory authority;
– in the event of data transfer to the USA – cooperation with entities participating in the Privacy Shield program, approved by the European Commission.
7. As for the data processed on the basis of Article 6 section 1 letter b GDPR the data subject has the right to:
– access to their personal data and rectification
– to the extent that the data were provided pursuant to Article 6 section 1 letter b GDPR and their processing are necessary for the proper performance of a contractual obligation, these data cannot be deleted or their processing cannot be restricted. In the remaining scope, if data has been provided, the right to request deletion or limitation of processing of such data may be done by submitting to the Administrator by email: bartosz.rogala@rogalalegal.com
– as for the data which are processed on the basis of Article 6 section 1 letter f GDPR the right to demand rectification, deletion, limitation of processing or execution of the right to raise objections and the right to transfer the data may be performed by submitting of such intent to the Administrator at the following e-mail address: bartosz.rogala@rogalalegal.com
